With the Eagle Ford Shale boom and oilfield companies, construction companies, and supply businesses flooding the Atascosa area the last few years, we have seen the need for good, quality places to stay. While many people and their families are moving into the Pleasanton and Jourdanton area, we know there are plenty of workers from out of town and out of state who simply need a good place to park their RV or trailer while they are here in the South Texas area.
We also know that Atascosa County brings many visitors to the area throughout the year and some of those visitors are hunters! Trophy Whitetail Deer, Wild Hog, Turkey, and Dove hunting, to name a few, attract many hunters in Texas to the area during the respective hunting seasons. If you're a hunter (or fisherman) in the area to hunt (or fish) and you need a place to park your RV or trailer, Hwy 97 East RV Park welcomes you!
Our park is opened year-round so you can come relax and enjoy with us during any season of the year.
Located right off of Texas State Highway 97 East, our RV park is located in the beautiful town of Pleasanton, "Birthplace of the Cowboy". Grocery stores such as H-E-B and Wal-Mart are nearby as well as many restaurants, shops, and stores. See our Location Page for more details on what's available in our area!
Drive In, Hook Up, and Kick Back...
When you park your camping trailer or recreational vehicle at HWY 97 RV park, you can rest assured that not only do you have a safe pad and campground, but you won't be bored or stuck out in the brush country with nothing to do.
As a guest to the area you'll enjoy many of the unique attractions Atascosa County has to offer.
In addition to the numerous stores and restaurants in the area (see here), we encourage you to enjoy some of the local festivities.
